The company plans to establish a branch in Los Angeles next March and is now recruiting senior management and project execution talent in advance. The Los Angeles branch will focus on blockchain technology innovation, digital asset investment management, and investment operation optimization. Through technological innovation, ecosystem cooperation, and efficient processes, it will promote the security of crypto assets, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the development of the Web3 ecosystem.

The branch will provide investors with an efficient, secure, and sustainable investment management experience and explore innovative investment projects and service models to achieve market leadership and value creation. In the future, the branch will gradually expand into international markets, optimize investment project execution plans, and become an important execution hub for the company's global investment strategy.

Job Overview: The Director of Projects will be the core person in charge of investment operations and project execution, fully responsible for investment project management, cross-departmental coordination, and strategic execution support. This position ensures investment projects progress efficiently and on schedule, optimizes project processes, controls risks, coordinates resources, and promotes the digitalization, datafication, and sustainable development of investment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Project Planning and Strategic Execution

Translate the company's investment strategy and business objectives into actionable project plans.

Develop and track the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure project objectives align with investment strategy.

Support the senior management team in driving global investment expansion and new project launches.

Project Execution and Process Optimization

Manage the investment project lifecycle, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Optimize investment project management processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Drive digital management and data-driven decision-making to improve execution efficiency.

Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

Risk, Compliance, and Security Management

Ensure project execution complies with global regulatory, compliance, and information security requirements.

Collaborate with the legal, compliance, and risk control teams to establish a controllable and transparent project management system.

Conduct regular project risk assessments and internal reviews.

Team and Organizational Management

Leadership Lead project teams and cultivate a high-performance culture.

Develop key talent and improve team professionalism and project execution.

Drive cross-departmental collaboration and build an agile, efficient, and learning organization.

Enhance investment value and client experience.

Collaborate with product, research, and client success teams to ensure project outcomes meet investment needs.

Utilize project and investment data analysis to optimize execution.

Identify project innovation opportunities and drive investment product and process optimization.

Job Requirements:

15+ years of experience in investment project management, investment operations, or general management, with at least 5 years in a senior management or project leader role.

Familiar with investment project execution and management processes in the financial, technology, or digital asset industries.

Experience in cross-regional, multi-business line project management, capable of supporting global investment and business expansion.

Excellent strategic thinking, execution, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree or above (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related major); MBA / EMBA preferred

Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-departmental management skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Bonus: Approximately 20%–30% of base salary, awarded based on individual performance and team goals.

Stock Options/RSUs: Restricted stock units or options worth $10,000–$50,000 annually.
