Job Description:

• Leading a team of SAP trainers as part of a strategic company project responsible for user readiness, go-live processes across various sites, and maintaining knowledge post go-live.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs – including building a course catalog, preparing business process trainings before system trainings, managing the system trainers team, and ensuring user knowledge during go-live.
• Leading training and implementation initiatives as part of the User Readiness program.
• Developing business process trainings (Business Process Training) as a preliminary step to system trainings.
• Coordinating methodology and content with business process leaders and project implementers.
• Developing training materials and tools – presentations, manuals, workshops.
• Managing and monitoring training effectiveness: metrics, feedback, and improvement plans.
• Providing support and guidance to managers and employees at various company sites during training, implementation, and go-live phases.
• Leading work routines and ensuring uniform implementation across all sites.
• The role includes travel across the country; a company vehicle is provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields: Social Sciences / Education / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems.
• Experience in SAP training/implementation – required.
• Previous managerial experience – significant advantage.
• Ability to lead a professional team, mentor, and develop trainers.
• Experience in content development – significant advantage.
• Systemic vision and understanding of organizational change processes.
• High proficiency in Office tools and digital training tools.
• Good command of English.
