Job Description:

• Management and operation of the organization’s infrastructure systems.
• Management of databases, storage systems, and backup platforms.
• Planning, execution, and monitoring of backups and restorations.
• Leading and implementing complex technological projects.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues and providing solutions for performance improvement.
• Ongoing work with vendors and external parties.
• Implementation and improvement of DevOps processes in the organization.
• Management of a professional team including System Administrators, DevOps engineers, and DBAs.
• Hybrid work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience managing an infrastructure team in a large organization – mandatory.
• Experience managing an integration team – significant advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, databases, storage, and backups.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and others.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and think creatively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High service orientation and excellent managerial skills.
• Relevant education.
