Digital Project Manager (Delivery Operations)

📍 Ramat Gan area (on-site, full-time)

We’re looking for a responsible, organized, and fast-moving Digital Project Manager to lead Web and Mobile Products within a well established financial organization.

This role suits someone with great communications skills, a strong backbone and personality, who makes sure things move forward — on time, in scope, and with high quality.

It’s hands-on, dynamic, and full of responsibility role that requires you to be in the center of the digital project management process, surrounded by business stakeholders, product professional such as UX and design, development team members, system architects and QA.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate digital projects from planning to execution.
• Manage product versions, integrations and so forth.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Gather inputs, documentation, and decisions from multiple teams and keep everyone aligned.
• Create clear processes, follow-ups, and action plans to keep progress moving.
• Be the reliable point-person who keeps momentum, clarity, and order.

What we’re looking for

• 5 years experience of leading complex digital products.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate well with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of an organizational technology infrastructure
• Experience working with API's.
• Experience in Agile work methodology.
• A strong executor who knows how to push progress and make things happen.
• Quick learner who adapts fast to new tools, systems, or project requirements.
• Someone dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
