RoseBerry is building the future of global short-form entertainment. We take premium content from major media partners and turn it into high-engagement, high-quality short-format experiences for millions of viewers. We’re a fast-moving product company blending media, AI, and top-tier engineering.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can build scalable systems, own features end-to-end, and thrive in a lean, high-impact team.

• Lead development across NodeJS, Python, React, and React Native
• Architect production systems built for scale, high traffic, and low latency
• Build AI-driven features (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent workflows)
• Collaborate tightly with PM, DevOps, Design, and Business
• Ship product-focused features with strong UI/UX intuition
• Own backend services, APIs, performance, and reliability
• Drive engineering quality, clean architecture, and speed

• 7+ years experience as a software engineer
• Strong hands-on skills in NodeJS (TS) and Python
• Solid experience with React and React Native
• Proven ability to build and manage high-scale, high-volume systems
• Production experience on AWS and/or GCP
• AI experience (LLMs, agents, embeddings, vector DBs, RAG, etc.)
• Strong architecture, system design, debugging, and optimization skills
• Business-oriented mindset - able to translate product goals into output
• Comfortable working closely with PM, DevOps, and design teams
• Passion for building exceptional user experiences
• End 2 End with high quality and ownership

• Experience with streaming, media pipelines, or content delivery
• React Native performance tuning
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• Personal projects showing creativity, speed, and technical range
