What You'll Do:

• Participate in and optimize our migration to AWS cloud infrastructure and modern data warehouse.
• Design and implement robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and custom solutions.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize enterprise data warehouse and data lake solutions (Redshift, BigQuery).
• Integrate and consolidate diverse data sources from CRMs, databases, APIs, and systems across 30+ companies into a single source of truth.
• Design data models, schemas, and governance standards across business domains.
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance data processing systems with quality frameworks and monitoring.
• Develop modern BI environments and partner with business leaders to translate requirements into dashboards and analytical datasets.
• Ensure data governance, security, access control, and documentation best practices across the enterprise.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Expert SQL skills and deep experience with data modeling and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (AWS strongly preferred).
• Modern data stack expertise - hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, and custom pipeline development.
• Data warehouse technologies - production experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms.
• Python proficiency for data engineering tasks and automation.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building company-wide BI strategies or Centers of Excellence.
• Exposure to real-time or streaming data solutions (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Experience with enterprise software integrations (Salesforce, etc).
• Experience with data infrastructure transformations and migrations.
