Job Description:

• Implementation and deployment of business processes in the Tafnit system.
• Analysis of user requirements and writing functional specification documents.
• Work with financial and operational modules within the organization.
• Handling routine issues, providing support, and conducting user training.
• Collaborating with internal and external interfaces, including coordination with the software vendor.
• Taking responsibility for handling standard issues, analyzing existing processes, and improving them.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Information Systems / relevant technological field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with practical experience in the Tafnit system – mandatory.
• Strong process understanding and excellent business process analysis skills.
• Experience working with users and technical stakeholders (developers, software vendor).
• Ability to work independently, high service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
