Senior LinkedIn Growth Partner

Full-time | Hybrid (3 days in-office, Tel Aviv)

We are MAIA Digital, Israel’s leading LinkedIn-focused agency. We partner with global tech brands, high-growth startups, and enterprise companies to build world-class LinkedIn strategies, thought leadership, and employer branding.

We are looking for a Senior LinkedIn Growth Partner to lead some of our most important clients.

This role requires strong client management abilities, excellent English copywriting skills, and a strategic creative mindset.

• Manage 5–7 high-value client accounts (startups + enterprise)

• Fully own client strategy with the support of the performance and design teams

• Write clear, compelling, and high-quality LinkedIn content in English (Hebrew – advantage)

• Build end-to-end LinkedIn strategies, narratives, and campaign concepts

• Lead client communications, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Present strategic plans, content frameworks, and quarterly reviews

• Brief the performance team for paid campaigns and align on KPIs

• Brief the design studio and ensure creative assets are delivered on time

• Analyze performance, prepare reports, and provide insights-driven recommendations

• Manage timelines, workflows, and internal processes across teams

• Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, trends, and new features

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, or account management

• Full professional fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency – advantage)

• Strong copywriting skills for LinkedIn and B2B audiences

• Proven experience working with founders, CMOs, VPs, or senior stakeholders

• Exceptional client management and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to develop and present strategic plans and creative concepts

• Experience collaborating with paid media/performance teams and creative studios

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Proactive, strategic, creative, and KPI-oriented mindset

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

• Experience in B2B marketing, tech, employer branding, or thought leadership
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager or LinkedIn analytics tools
• Experience with PPC, analytics, or basic design
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
  

• Hybrid role: 3 days per week in our Tel Aviv office
