Senior Expert Consultant – Microsoft, Power Platform & AI (Freelance)

Freelance Expert for a Technology Project in Manufacturing Plants (North Israel – Hourly Engagement)

We are seeking a high-level freelance expert for an hourly-based engagement, to support a strategic technology project across several manufacturing plants in the north of Israel.

This role requires strong technical depth, the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, and a hands-on approach to adapting and deploying digital and AI-driven solutions within industrial environments.

The work includes ongoing support for plant teams, requirements analysis, solution design, customization, implementation, and guiding end users. Meetings will be held on-site or via Zoom, depending on project needs.

Mandatory Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft environments, including Azure, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of enterprise information security and hands-on work within secure organizational environments (Cloud / On-Prem).
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects — requirements gathering, system design, customizations, and full implementation.
• Experience developing bots and internal applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Strong Advantages

• Experience building business automations using Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP systems such as Priority or SAP.
• Background in adapting AI solutions (e.g., Claude, Loveable) into secure organizational environments — Cloud or On-Prem.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial processes.
• Experience in training and enabling end users.
• Residence in the north of Israel.
