Job Description:

• Managing two Helpdesk team members: task prioritization, escalations, professional guidance, and training
• Working in a Microsoft environment — upgrades, ongoing maintenance, and resolving complex issues
• Working with various systems such as Active Directory, Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies
• Experience and knowledge in information security, including FW, DNS, backups, and monitoring systems
• Providing support and training for new employees, and improving internal service processes

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft environments, including 365, Azure, Intune, and AD
• Familiarity with information security and communication infrastructure
• Previous managerial experience in a Helpdesk team — an advantage
• Ability to work independently, high sense of responsibility, and strong customer service orientation
