Product & Sales Manager – Pharma and Biology Laboratory Sector

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product & Sales Manager for the Pharma and Biology laboratory instrumentation and consumables division.

This is a diverse and impactful role.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full sales process with existing and new customers, from identifying needs to closing orders.

• Providing professional support to customers regarding product portfolios, market, and competitor analysis.

• Field work with pharma labs, biotech companies, medical institutions, and academia.

• Preparing quotations and bundled offers for integrated deals.

• Working as part of an experienced team and collaborating with internal interfaces (account managers, marketing, logistics, service, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences – an advantage.

• Proven sales experience in the pharma/biology fields – mandatory.

• Technical orientation and solid scientific understanding.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong time-management abilities, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading and writing).

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.

Advantages:
