A reputable immigration firm (name confidential at this stage) is looking for a skilled professional preferably with a legal background – but not required.
We are seeking someone familiar with U.S. immigration and visa processes, including:
B1/B2, F1, J1, H1B, E2, L1, O1, EB categories, Green Card, and citizenship.
Responsibilities include:• Working with clients on U.S. visa applications
• Preparing forms & supporting documents
• Managing case files and deadlines
• Communicating with U.S. consular offices
• Tracking and following up on case progress
Requirements:• Experience in immigration/visa work
• Strong familiarity with U.S. forms & consular procedures
• Excellent English & Hebrew
• Organized, detail-oriented, service-minded
• Ability to handle multiple cases at once
