Senior Art Director

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director to join a leading advertising agency, someone who can drive big ideas, inspire teams, and shape the creative vision for top-tier brands.

We’re seeking a creative leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on craft, someone who knows how to move clients, elevate brands, and lead the entire creative process from concept to execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading the creative vision and developing concepts for major brands
• Guiding and managing creative teams, including day-to-day direction and professional growth
• Working closely with strategy, copy, design, and account teams to deliver strong, cohesive ideas
• Presenting creative concepts to key client stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Driving fresh thinking and ensuring high-quality execution across all campaigns, while meeting deadlines and project goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field - MUST
• 3+ years of experience in a major advertising agency - MUST
• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams - MUST
• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (with strong InDesign skills)
• Practical understanding of AI creative tools and how to integrate them into workflows
• A proven track record working with well-known, high-profile clients
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to present ideas and work with stakeholders
• A strong, polished portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design projects -MUST
