role is focused on short form writing and natural community participation. You will join conversations on Reddit, write in clear and simple language, and adapt your tone to match each subreddit. The work is about value, authenticity and engagement.
What You Will Do
- Write short form content that feels native to Reddit communities.
- Research topics and understand the context before commenting.
- Engage in threads in a way that adds value and moves the conversation forward.
- Match the tone of each subreddit and avoid anything that feels promotional.
- Monitor posts, brand mentions, and discussions.
- Summarise insights and learnings from community threads.
- Stay consistent with guidelines and deliver steady weekly output.
- Strong writing ability in short form content.
- Native level English.
- Ability to write in different tones and adapt to community rules.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify ideas.
- Comfortable researching topics quickly.
- Experience with Reddit is an advantage.
- Experience with direct to consumer brands is an advantage.
- Diligent work style and the ability to focus without supervision.
- Familiarity with brand monitoring or social listening tools is a plus.
- Two or three days per week with the option to grow into full time.
- Content must be written by you, not generated by AI.
