FP&A Analyst - JB-3296

We are looking for an analytical, business-minded FP&A Analyst for a fast-growing company to help build this function from the ground up. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, deliver strategic insights, and partner with leaders across the company. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Own cash flow planning and scenario analysis
• Build financial models and analyze KPIs and profitability
• Present insights and executive dashboards
• Help establish FP&A frameworks and reporting standards
• Partner with finance, operations, and revenue teams
• Enhance financial systems and BI tools (NetSuite, Excel, Power BI)
• Support advanced analytics and AI initiatives

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics/Business
• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience (global company a plus)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; NetSuite experience is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-growing environments
