We are looking for a Data Team Lead to join our growing data practice and take a key role in leading complex, end-to-end data and analytics projects.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in data development (ETL/ELT, SQL, Python, Databricks, DWH, or similar).
- Background in system analysis or data solution design – a strong advantage
- Strong desire and capability to grow into a managerial role
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide both people and projects
- High communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
- Ability to lead processes end-to-end and deliver high-impact results
