Web Project Manager

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Web Project Manager for a tech company

A fast-growing tech company in Tel Aviv (next to the train station) is hiring two experienced Project Managers to lead complex software initiatives.

The role includes full ownership of the project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with local development teams.

You will drive technical processes across SaaS, Cloud, Web, Mobile, and AI/ML environments and work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Hybrid model: one WFH day + an additional flexible day.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in tech organizations

• Proven experience leading development projects in digital, mobile, automation, web systems, and website infrastructure

• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall

• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and development resources

• Broad technical understanding: architecture, SDLC, databases, cloud environments

• Hands-on work with local development teams

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Monday)

• High-level English (spoken and written)

• Mandatory: Experience managing projects involving the setup and ongoing maintenance of websites
