Salesforce Implementer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Implementer to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects across the organization.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for a candidate who can translate complex business requirements into smart, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Salesforce, excellent communication skills with stakeholders, and a proven track record of managing full implementation cycles—from initial requirements gathering to post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design optimal solutions.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing, deployment, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation.
• Ability to work with Agentforce and Salesforce AI solutions.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications—at least two of the following:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limitations.
• Proven experience implementing solutions using Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Proficiency in Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
