DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer (GitOps Focus) JB-4732

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to manage the full infrastructure powering multiple iGaming brands. This role demands a security-first, GitOps-centric mindset to manage environments from code check-in to production deployment. You will be the primary custodian of our version control system (Git), ensuring strict adherence to branching models, access policies, and automated synchronization of deployed assets across Development, Testing, and Production environments.

This includes managing bare-metal servers, ESXi virtual machines, private networking, CI/CD workflows, Docker/Kubernetes clusters, and end-to-end deployment pipelines for Node.js backend services, Next.js/React frontends, and internal back office tools.

• 3+ years DevOps experience in a high-traffic production environment.

• Expert-level Git administration and collaboration version control experience, including defining and enforcing branching models (e.g., Gitflow) and managing access control lists (ACLs) to restrict commits/merges.

• Strong Linux, ESXi, virtualization, and networking knowledge.

• Strong Docker & Kubernetes experience.

• Deep experience with CI/CD pipeline automation tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and leveraging Git events for deployment.

• Experience supporting Node.js + React/Next.js deployments.

• Knowledge of database clustering and caching (Redis, PostgreSQL/MariaDB).

• Security-first mindset and proven experience in a 24/7 production readiness environment.
