CMO - Chief Marketing Officer - B2C - JB-3280

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead, manage, and scale a significant marketing team within a successful and rapidly growing international company.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy, overseeing Performance Marketing, Creative Management, Product Marketing & Assets, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Brand Management. Your mission will be to elevate brand authority and optimize the entire customer journey—from awareness through conversion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be empowered to develop and execute innovative, ROI-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, and play a key role on a winning executive team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a senior marketing leader, ideally in performance-driven industries such as real estate, proptech, e-commerce, or similar.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams (15+) and coordinating with external agencies.
• Expertise across both online and offline acquisition channels.
• Strong background in data-driven marketing, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for messaging, storytelling, and brand development.
• Familiarity with the U.S. real estate or property-related industries is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and emerging AI solutions—especially in the context of real estate transactions and analytics—is a plus.
• Ability to integrate technology solutions into revenue processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field – required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline – strong advantage.
• Advanced training or certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Data Analytics – a plus.
