Global Employment Expert

We are looking for a Global Employment Expert (Legal Counsel). This position is unique and diverse, as you will act as a professional point of contact in all areas of global employment for our clients and partners.

You will:

• Handle global employment issues (no need to know the international laws).
• Provide service and legal explanations to the company's clients.
• Work closely with the company's global partners on legal issues.
• Coordinate clients' legal and commercial needs with the legal aspects.
• Interact and work with the company's departments, especially Customers Success Managers, on diverse legal issues.

Requirements:

• An Israeli licensed attorney with 2+ years experience as an attorney in law firms or in-house counsel.
• Experience in labor law – an advantage.
• Experience in human resources or any other related field – an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Dynamic and energetic personality.
• Self-motivated and persistent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable dealing with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environment.
• Able to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely and negotiate between relevant factors regarding labor law issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
