Talent Acquisition Partner- Senior & Executive Roles

A successful and well-established financial company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its dynamic HR team.

This is a senior, high-impact position at the heart of the organization’s recruitment activity. The role involves full ownership of end-to-end hiring processes for senior and executive positions across the group’s subsidiaries, as well as strategic partnership with C-level and VP-level leaders on key hiring decisions.

You’ll be the go-to person for all senior recruitment needs- managing complex processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving high-quality hiring that supports the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for management and executive roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, defining recruitment strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting, mainly via LinkedIn.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations, ensuring both professional and cultural fit.
• Personally guide candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in a corporate environment, or from a recruitment agency working directly with senior managers on executive searches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• High level of independence, initiative, and business acumen.
• Fluent English (Hebrew an advantage).
