Legal Solutions Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Solutions Engineer to work directly with in-house legal teams as they adopt Chamelio’s AI-powered Legal Intelligence Platform. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on training new customers, supporting them during trials, configuring smart workflows, and ensuring they achieve strong adoption.

You will help customers implement the system in a way that fits their processes, build logic-driven workflows (no coding), solve day-to-day configuration challenges, and guide them to real value quickly. You will also act as a bridge to our product team, flagging gaps, sharing patterns, and helping shape improvements.

Customer-facing (core):

• Train and onboard in-house legal teams
• Support customers throughout trials and early adoption
• Drive usage and long-term engagement
• Configure the platform for each customer’s workflow needs
• Build logic-based workflows and process automation (no coding)
• Troubleshoot issues and help customers get unblocked fast
• Identify missing capabilities and communicate them clearly to product

Product & internal collaboration:

• Provide structured product feedback grounded in real customer behavior
• Help refine onboarding playbooks, templates, and best practices
• Participate in testing new features from a customer-centric viewpoint

• 2–6 years of experience in legal, legal ops, or contract-focused roles (in-house a plus)
• Strong commercial contracting background and understanding of legal workflows
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Logical thinker with the ability to build structured workflows
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable to a fast-moving startup environment
