We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Lead to own and evolve our global HR systems landscape. In this role, you will drive HR technology strategy, lead system implementations and enhancements, enable process automation, and ensure data integrity across the business. You’ll serve as a key partner to HR, IT, Finance, and global leadership - bridging technology and people strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and execute the HR systems roadmap in alignment with business needs
  • Lead configuration, governance, and enhancements across Core HR, ATS, LMS, and integrated platforms
  • Own data integrity, system compliance, and analytics governance
  • Manage system integrations and ensure seamless global data flow
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize HR processes and drive operational excellence
  • Lead and support global HR initiatives, cycles, and change management
  • Manage vendor relationships, system rollouts, and project delivery

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in HRIS or HR Technology leadership roles in global organizations
  • Hands-on experience with Core HR & ATS implementation (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters)
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Proven ability to lead multi-system integrations, data governance, and reporting initiatives
  • Strong analytical, project management & stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of global compliance and data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR)
  • A proactive, independent, and strategic mindset
