We're hiring a Marketing & HR Operations Assistant who can balance creativity with organization. This hybrid role combines marketing and HR support—you'll help us strengthen our digital presence while keeping our onboarding and internal processes running smoothly.

On the marketing side, you'll plan and publish engaging content, help shape our brand voice, and track what's working. On the HR side, you'll support onboarding through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keep records current, and make sure new hires feel supported from day one.

• Plan, create, and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Maintain the content calendar and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns
• Design simple graphics in Canva or Affinity (no advanced design skills required)
• Track analytics and engagement to refine our content strategy
• Support recruiting and sales initiatives with branded posts and marketing materials

• Assist with onboarding tasks through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare welcome materials and guide new hires through early onboarding steps
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee data in the ATS
• Help with HR communications such as welcome emails, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to improve internal workflows

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
• Basic understanding of HR or ATS systems (training provided)
• A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping people succeed
