Our Client is looking for a skilled Security Analyst to support and enhance their data protection initiatives. In this role, you will help strengthen enterprise security by managing key operational workflows related to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Unstructured Data Management. You’ll play a critical part in evaluating existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation across all data protection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review current process documentation and conduct walkthrough sessions with Data Protection owners.
• Manage daily operational workflows involving DLP alerts and Unstructured Data events.
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation and control evidence.
• Communicate requirements clearly to Data Owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and drive timely resolution.
• Build strong, trusted partnerships with internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage detailed, evolving documentation
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Data Protection concepts (e.g., DLP, encryption, data at rest vs. data in motion, structured vs. unstructured data)
• Relevant industry certifications (CISA, CISSP, CIA, or equivalent)
