Bookkeeper (Level 3)

A leading consumer goods company in Herzliya is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper (Level 3) to join the finance team. This role includes end-to-end bookkeeping responsibilities, working with local and international suppliers and distributors, and full preparation up to balance sheet.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage bookkeeping processes up to balance sheet, including monthly and quarterly closing tasks
• Handle reconciliation with suppliers and distributors in Israel and abroad
• Perform VAT and Income Tax reporting
• Manage ongoing banking activity, cash flow, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Maintain accurate documentation, work papers, and audit trails
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring high service quality and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 - MUST
• 3+ years of experience in a similar bookkeeping role - MUST
• Proven experience working up to balance sheet - MUST
• Practical experience with Priority ERP – advantage
• Experience with SAP Business One – advantage
• Good English level – advantage
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• High proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, reporting, reconciliations)
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong self-learning ability, organizational habits, and independent work mindset
