• We’re looking for a hands-on, fintech-native CTO to join us in building a product people can’t imagine working without.

Who You Are

•A journey partner who's excited to think, brainstorm, plan, and build together.

•A builder who loves their craft, will own the system end-to-end and enjoy the 0-1-100 journey. 

• A fintech team lead or a senior architect IC:

1. Hungry for their first CTO role and eager to step up
2. Have shipped API-first payment products in regulated environments, knows what it takes to make them work IRL

• AI-fluent, able to leverage LLMs & agentic AI to maximize impact

What you'll own (day in, day out)

• Architecture & System Design – stack, APIs and data models.

• Product Partners Integration – integration with payment rails, banks, and other tools and capabilities..

• Workflow Orchestration & Automation – the core orchestration plus the automation piece of the puzzle.

• Security & Compliance Minded – authentication, encryption, audit logs, data privacy (GDPR/SOC2 level).

• DevOps – cloud infra, IaC pipelines, monitoring etc.
