This is a full-time hybrid Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role located in Rishon LeZion, with flexibility for partial remote work. The CTO will oversee the organization's technological strategy, lead software development and IT architecture, and ensure the alignment of technology with business goals. Responsibilities include managing product development, planning IT infrastructure, strategizing technology roadmaps, and leading cross-functional technology teams to execute innovative solutions. The CTO will play a crucial role in optimizing Sylla LXP's platform and driving advancements in learning technology.

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a strong understanding of coding practices, emerging technologies, and user-centric design
• Proven experience in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing scalable systems and ensuring system security and integrity
• Solid background in Project Management with effective planning, team collaboration, and meeting delivery deadlines
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience leading technical operations in an executive capacity
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, AI, and data analytics is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus
