Experienced Salesforce Developer – Leading Insurance Agency (Central Israel)

A leading and innovative insurance agency in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to be part of a stable organization and take a key role in developing and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex, cross-organizational processes within the Salesforce CRM

• Take ownership of requirement analysis, solution design, and custom application development

• Hands-on development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Build and automate processes using Flows, create new objects, fields, and reports

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions

• Develop integrations with external systems using API, REST/SOAP, and Node.js

• Work with Omnichannel and additional integration tools

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation – must

• Proven experience with Apex, LWC, and JavaScript – must

• Experience with API integrations and Node.js development – must

• Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata – advantage

• Experience in building/maintaining objects, fields, layouts, and reports – advantage

• Familiarity with Omnichannel – advantage

• Strong business understanding and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Experience with ETL / integration tools
