Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Vice President of Data Platform. The role involves leading the strategy, development, and execution of Payoneer’s data platform initiatives. You will oversee a team of experts, manage complex projects, and drive technical and business decision-making to ensure scalability and innovation. The Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams, address relevant challenges, and develop robust strategies to enhance the organization’s data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Information Technology, IT Management, and IT Strategy
• Strong background in Project Management and experience overseeing comprehensive projects
• Skills in Strategic Planning and ability to align data platform objectives with company goals
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure, analytics, and cloud technologies
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
• Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a significant advantage
