We’re looking for a Business Analyst team lead to join our growing team, and play a key role in leading and shaping our analytics - across all business domains. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of business analysts, including mentoring, task management, and professional development.
• Recruit, build, and retain top analytics talent, including establishing new teams.
• Define and maintain data structures and analytics frameworks.
• Build and manage dashboards to monitor core business KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and validate predictive models to support product and business goals.
• Automate analytical processes and reporting flows.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and monetization teams.

Requirements:

• Strong background in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Proven leadership experience - managing and mentoring analysts (must)
• Experience in the gaming industry - advantage.
• Experience working in B2C companies or mobile applications - must.
• Advanced statistical knowledge (e.g., significance testing, causal inference, predictive modeling).
• Proficient in SQL - must.
• Experience working with dashboarding tools (Tableau & Looker – an advantage).
• Experience with Python - advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of business goals.
