Electronics Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to lead and manage manufacturing engineering processes for advanced defense systems at our Sderot site.

This position offers end-to-end responsibility for developing, producing, and improving manufacturing processes for electronic boards, troubleshooting, yield optimization, and workflow improvement

Responsibilities:

Lead, monitor, and improve manufacturing processes for defense products on production lines

Conduct design reviews and support the development, production, and integration of new electronic boards

Take full technical ownership of products from PCB level to final delivery, including troubleshooting and providing field solutions for recurring issues

Perform root cause analyses and resolve complex engineering problems

Initiate and implement engineering changes to enhance product efficiency and yield

Prepare and update work instructions, technical documentation, and engineering drawings

Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors

Mentor and train employees in technical and engineering aspects

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering

At least 3 years of relevant industry experience

Full proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics

Strong system-level understanding, creative problem-solving skills, and high service orientation

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with proven ability to manage tasks across multiple interfaces

Experience working with subcontractors
