Bonds is building a relationship guide created with psychologists and powered by AI. We’re live in the US with paying users, strong early retention, and ongoing monetization tests. Backed by top angels (including the CEO and President of Wix) and a leading pre-seed VC. We need an execution-first Growth Marketing & Ops Manager to drive GTM as the core of the role and support operations, partnerships, and investor relations.

• Execute our go-to-market plan and help refine it.
• Performance marketing: plan and scale paid on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and creator programs.
• Creative and content: collaborate on short-form video, emails, landing pages, and copy.
• Product marketing: influence onboarding, messaging, positioning, pricing, and paywall flows.
• AI and automation: use practical automation to multiply output where it makes sense (n8n-style flows, AI agents).
• Lifecycle and growth loops: referrals, creator and community invites, re-engagement, CRM.

• Keep the machine tight: weekly reviews, priorities, OKRs, documentation, dashboards.
• Run applications for programs and benefits: partner programs, accelerators, grants.
• Coordinate vendors and logistics: procurement, contract flow, office logistics.
• Build time-saving automations across workflows.

• Initiate and maintain partnership relations with creators, communities, and psychology organizations.
• Structure simple pilots and deals with clear success metrics and basic tracking.
• Support user interviews and signal gathering.

• Maintain an investor pipeline and outreach calendar; prepare briefs and materials; manage scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain lead, prospect, and investor communication.

You are the operator who connects growth with ops, product, partnerships, and investor work so the whole company moves faster.

• Have 1 to 3+ years in marketing / growth or adjacent ops roles, with hands-on execution (campaigns, creators, or lifecycle) and the flexibility to pitch in on operations. Exceptional new grads are welcome.
• Are based in Israel, fluent in English, and comfortable interfacing with US investors and partners.
• Turn ambiguity into structured plans, write clearly, manage details, and hit deadlines.
• Learn tools quickly across docs, sheets, CRM, analytics, and basic automation.
• Care about emotional wellness and believe technology can help relationships.

Nice to have

• B2C startup or SaaS experience
• Experience with accelerator or grant applications and partner programs
• Hands-on with creator or influencer outreach
• Familiarity with paid channels and light analytics or dashboarding
