Release & Project Manager IL-3200-70

Cynet is seeking a Release & Project Manager to support release management and project tracking within the R&D department. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Management to ensure smooth and timely delivery of high-quality releases. 

• Coordinate the end-to-end release process, from planning to production. 
• Track project progress, identify risks, and help drive mitigation actions. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities and schedules. 
• Monitor R&D KPIs and prepare regular management reports. 
• Manage release content and queries in Azure DevOps (ADO). 
• Support process improvements and ensure visibility across multiple ongoing initiatives. 

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or release management in a tech or R&D environment. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) – a strong advantage. 
• Background in cybersecurity or SaaS companies – an advantage. 
• Team player with a proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible approach.
