About the Opportunity

🎯 We are looking for an Operation Specialist to join our growing team!

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

It is a versatile operational position that includes mobility between ROOMS locations such as Ramat Gan, Bnei Brak, and Petah Tikva, supporting the day-to-day operation of multiple sites.

Responsibilities

🧹 Lead and oversee cleaning operations, including managing cleaning staff and quality control.

🔧 Manage maintenance tasks, supervise the in-house handyman, and coordinate repairs.

📞 Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.

🛒 Handle procurement and manage inventory needs for the space.

🏗️ Manage in-house operational projects.

🙋 Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues raised by clients.

🏢 Manage operational needs for floor tenants (private office rentals).

Requirements

✔️ 1–2 years of experience in operations.

✔️ Strong task completion skills and the ability to find creative solutions on the spot.

✔️ Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.

✔️ Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.

✔️ Professional performance under multitasking conditions.

✔️ Excellent communication skills.

✔️ High level of independence and leadership ability.
