Organization and Methods Engineer

Location: in Yad Binyamin

Job Description:

Leading cross-organizational processes - change processes and their implementation. Including leading and implementing Lean Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Leading Kaizen events and projects within OFEX

Analyzing operational and organizational processes - identifying bottlenecks, waste and inefficiencies

Analyzing, planning and improving the layout of production areas, workstations and material flows.

Defining, writing and maintaining cross-organizational processes - including human-system interfaces.

Working closely with ERP systems - writing, updating and implementing processes within and alongside the systems.

Measuring, analyzing and producing performance reports (KPI), with recommendations for improvement.

Assisting in building infrastructures to improve management routines, internal controls, and information infrastructures that support the process.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / relevant field - required.

Two years of previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry - required.

Experience in leading OFEX / Kaizen / Lean projects - a significant advantage.

High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with an ERP system - required.

Process thinking, analytical approach, independence and willingness to work in the field.

High level of written expression.

Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment, excellent interpersonal skills, quick learning ability and systemic vision.
