Role Description

This is a full-time position, 70% work in field projects over the country, 30% based in Kfar Saba.

This role is open for a Certified Practical Engineer in Electrical Engineering specializing in project management for solar energy.

Responsibilities include overseeing the design, planning, and execution of solar energy projects, coordinating with clients and cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, preparing technical documentation, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. The role requires active problem-solving and decision-making to ensure project completion in line with company standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Certified Practical Engineer in Electrical Engineering - Must
• Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and practical experience with energy systems
• Experience in project management, including planning, organization, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies
• Strong technical skills in system design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and reporting skills
• Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work effectively on-site and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Relevant certifications or qualifications as a Certified Practical Engineer in Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience in renewable energy or solar energy projects is an advantage
• Fluency in Hebrew; English proficiency is an asset
