Project Management Specialist

Role Responsibilities

·Lead end-to-end data technology implementation projects, from needs assessment through full deployment.

·Work cross-functionally with managers, analysts, developers, operations teams, IT, and organizational stakeholders.

·Manage collaborations with tech companies and startups, including evaluating innovative solutions and leading data-related pilots.

·Translate business and operational needs into clear technological requirements.

·Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.

·Translate organizational needs into detailed business and technical specifications.

·Coordinate with internal units—including IT, Marketing, and Finance—to align project goals with strategic priorities.

Requirements

·3+ years of experience managing projects in data, technology, or information systems domains.

·Strong affinity for DATA, BI, Cloud, and AI/ML processes.

·Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases, BI tools, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·Proven ability to lead complex processes and manage multiple interfaces.

·Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

·Creativity, systems thinking, and a passion for teamwork and impactful results.

·Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields – strong advantage.

Advantages

·Experience with ETL processes, Data Pipelines, or Data Warehousing solutions.

·Knowledge of FHIR standards.

·Understanding of Data Governance and data quality management.

·Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps, Monday).
