Love by Shaina is a social matchmaking initiative founded by certified matchmaker Maayan Shain, helping people live fuller, more loving lives.
We’re expanding into the corporate world and partnering with high-tech companies and large organizations to offer employees premium matchmaking memberships, retreats, and relationship-focused wellbeing events.
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to lead this growth.
What you’ll do
• Build partnerships with HR/People teams in high-tech and corporates
• Sell premium matchmaking plans subsidized by employers
• Promote company retreats, workshops, and executive experiences
• Manage outreach pipelines and CRM-style processes
• Work closely with the founder to shape B2B products
What we’re looking for
• Experience in B2B sales / partnerships / HR-facing roles
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers
• Organized, proactive, and relationship-driven
• Passion for human connection and employee wellbeing
