As Head of Growth & Brand, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics - building demand, shaping our brand narrative, and scaling awareness and acquisition across paid media, social media, and influencers.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the marketing owner across internal and external contributors — driving top-of-funnel growth by coordinating between external acquisition team, creative team, and developers.

• Manage and collaborate with agencies to optimize Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and social media.

• Ensure data, tracking, and reporting systems support accurate and timely marketing insights. Be familiar with marketing analytics tools: AppsFlyer, GA4, Power BI, and attribution dashboards.

• Own brand positioning and implementation through community building, website optimization, and creative asset development.

• Monitor CAC, conversion rate, and campaign ROI; produce insights and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or acquisition for D2C or subscription apps with media budgets of over $100K/month.

• Experience with analytics/attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Power BI, Apple Store Connect and Google Play Console.

• Relevant Bachelor's degree.

• Deep understanding of data, analytics, and performance measurement.

• Exceptional command of English.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
