About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, FP&A, controlling, and cash operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this key leadership role will partner closely with the executive team to support global scale, enhance financial infrastructure, and drive operational excellence across our integrated SaaS–hardware system.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

*Lead annual and quarterly consolidated financial reporting.

*Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with IFRS.

*Manage annual audits, global tax reporting (subsidiaries in the US and France), and risk management processes.

*Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial workflows.

*Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

*Enhance automation, analytics, and overall financial process efficiency.

*Lead cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting

*Oversee credit, collections, and initiatives improving cash conversion.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ CPA with 2-5 years of experience in accounting/controlling roles

✅ Experience working in a Big 4

✅ Strong background in financial reporting, IFRS, and audits

✅ Experience working in SaaS + Hardware inventory environments.

✅ Experience with Priority ERP – a strong advantage.

✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

✅ Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and drive continuous improvement

✅ Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
