We are seeking an experienced RF System engineer/Technical manager with a
strong background in antennas technology to lead ESA product design. The ideal
candidate needs to have proven expertise in leading Electronic Steering antenna
development throughout the entire system life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for project management at R&D including planning and monitoring of all R&D activities.
- Overall responsibility of the system level architecture of complex systems
- Overall responsibility for System, Software and Hardware level specifications and requirements.
- lead of technical activities with the customer including design reviews, acceptance testing and system assimilation.
- Overall responsibility and active participation in the Integration and Proof of Design phases.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mm-Waves antenna design and RF engineering. Experience in writing Requirements and Specification documents, in English. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations,
- Experience with system integration and testing. Open-minded and flexible with high self-teaching skills.
- Knowledge & experience in SATCOM systems – Advantage.
- Team player who can matrix manage.
Education:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering specialization, or a
related field.
- ME in System Engineering - advantage
