Senior System Analyst

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst & Software Project Manager for a leading organization

Role Overview

Full ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, including business analysis, requirements gathering, detailed solution specification, development oversight, testing, and deployment.

The role involves continuous collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, UX designers, and QA, managing cross-functional processes, prioritizing scope, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Includes leading project lifecycle within the delivery teams: requirement definition, UX collaboration, development supervision, testing, and go-live management.

Reports to the Head of Projects, Applications and Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in systems analysis, including integration between systems

• Hands-on experience writing at least one full detailed specification for a new application with system interfaces

• Proven experience managing software projects

• Experience with Visio – advantage
