Now we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our highly talented team, and work closely together with other engineers to bring our product to life.

You’ll be joining the company at an early stage, so it is an amazing opportunity to make a major impact on how our product works. Our software sits within the core application code of our customers’ systems, so reliability and performance are extremely important.

As a Devops Engineer at Stigg, looking you will help us build, maintain, and improve reliable, scalable infrastructure and delivery pipelines. You’ll work closely with engineering to support fast, safe releases, strong observability, and a solid cloud foundation. This is a great role for someone who has moved beyond “following runbooks” and is ready to own systems end-to-end while continuing to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support fast and safe product delivery.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS/GCP/Azure — depending on what you use).
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Support production environments, monitor system health, and troubleshoot reliability/performance issues.
• Help improve observability via logging, metrics, alerting, and dashboards (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
• Partner with developers to design deployable, maintainable services and improve runtime reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and postmortems.
• Contribute to security and compliance best practices (least privilege, secrets management, patching, vulnerability fixes).
• Document systems and processes so that the team runs smoothly and knowledge is shared.
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, routing).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tooling.
• Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a “figure it out” mindset.
• Good communication and collaboration habits — you enjoy working with engineers across teams.
