Senior Electronics Engineer 7134

Responsibilities

• Conducting failure investigations (differentiating between product failures and station/interface failures) and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Leading NPI for all electrical aspects of the product (including design, manufacturing, testing, and inspections).
• Professional support for the electrical field for various products and all aspects of the company: engineering, quality, marketing, purchasing and TAF.
• Professional management and support of subcontractors (in the production of cards, motors, braids and testers).
• Support and implementation of changes in product controllers after the transition to production (hardware and firmware).
• Development and design of automated testing and tools (ATE) for electro-mechanical systems, including writing requirements, characterization, implementation and testing.
• Writing documents (procedures, definitions, system drawings, failure reports and more).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronics engineering.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects (combining hardware, software and mechanics).
• Understanding of complex systems, ability to analyze, locate and understand faults, failure studies down to the component level.
• Experience with complex cards, an advantage for motor controllers (EDA and card editing support).
• Experience and knowledge of systems Testing, advantage for Microchip-based digital controllers - Analog & ST.
• Experience with PLM system (TC - significant advantage) and ERP.
• Leadership and teamwork ability, good interpersonal and human relations skills.
