A well-funded AI robotics startup is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational activities in a small, growing company. Although this is a manager-level title, the position — and salary — are best suited for early-career candidates with up to two years of experience.

This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, and it includes both operational coordination and simple administrative tasks such as managing suppliers, tracking invoices, updating ERP information, and handling logistics. It is ideal for someone who wants to grow into an operations leadership path but is comfortable starting with execution-heavy responsibilities.

🌟 What You’ll Do

You will manage operational processes end-to-end and ensure smooth daily workflow across procurement, logistics, inventory, subcontractors, and sales operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing purchasing activities, sourcing vendors, and handling quotations.
• Coordinating with local and global subcontractors for quality and on-time delivery.
• Handling administrative and operational tasks such as supplier follow-ups, invoice tracking, and documentation.
• Overseeing inventory, warehouse data accuracy, and ERP updates.
• Managing imports/exports, customs, and international shipments.
• Supporting sales administration including RFQs, order processing, shipping documents, and invoicing.
• Working closely with the finance team to monitor and track payments.

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

• B.A. in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain — required
• 0–2 years of experience — the salary level is suitable only for this experience range
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Priority ERP is a major advantage
• High-level English — required
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on administrative work
• A proactive, dependable person who thrives in a small startup and isn’t afraid to handle both simple and complex tasks
