Software Engineering Team Lead

A global U.S. company developing life-saving medical equipment, building advanced monitors capable of tracking clinical patient metrics. Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, with two days of remote work, the Israeli team includes 50 employees (the company was acquired three years ago) and maintains a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Role overview-

• Reports to the Development Director (based in Tel Aviv).
• Manages a team of three engineers (two in Israel, one in the U.S.) with potential to expand by 1–2 additional team members.
• Translate the development plan of a new platform into actionable tasks and goals for the team.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide training, technical support, and mentorship to team members.
• Represent the team in interactions with other functions and global development teams.
• Develop and maintain hardware-software interfaces for multidisciplinary systems.
• Work in C++ on Linux in an embedded environment.
• Perform both high-level and low-level development.
• Work with microcontrollers.

Requirements -

3 years of experience as a Team Lead.

6 years of experience in C++ development.

Experience with Linux Embedded systems.

Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field.
