• Remain hands-on (around 30%) with modern server-side technologies.
• Recruit top-tier engineering talent and help shape a strong engineering culture.

🔧 Key Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related fields.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering management.
• Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-based SaaS products.
• Strong hands-on experience with server-side development (TypeScript, C#, Python).
• Experience building on AWS.
• Bonus: work with big-data pipelines, ML, or computer vision.
