DevOps Engineer

A defensive cybersecurity company developing a complex AI-based platform for digital brand protection and online threat removal.

The company has paying customers and is publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange. Located in Herzliya with the option to work from home, with a team of about 90 employees.

The role is a standalone DevOps position (one-person show) reporting directly to the VP R&D.

Responsibilities include working primarily with AWS and partially with GCP, setting up and maintaining environments, operating at high scale, and working with CI/CD tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in DevOps role
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS and GCP)
• Strong programming skills with a focus on Python
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, ECS, EKS)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Octopus, TeamCity, GitLab CI)
• Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, RabbitMQ/Kafka, client-server systems, S3 storage, and databases (SQL/NOSQL).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform)
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
